Payments
We accept payment by all major Credit and Debit cards as well as EFT.
The following payment options are available;
- Card payment gateways. Secure payments are processed via our nominated card payment gateways.
- Credit card payment link. We can send a link manually for payment to be processed using a credit card. The link will be generated via PayPal, however, a PayPal account is not required for this option.
- Direct bank transfer (EFT). EFT payment can be processed via Paystack at check out. Or you are welcome to reach out to us for a manual EFT.
* KINDLY NOTE * The content of your cart is displayed in your local currency. Our orders are processed in South African Rand (ZAR). Check out will be in ZAR based on the current exchange rate.
Local Delivery
We offer complimentary local delivery in South Africa.
Local delivery in South Africa is shipped within 3-5 working days via The Courier Guy.
You will receive an email notification with an update on your order indicating the expected arrival time.
International Delivery
We offer complimentary worldwide delivery from South Africa.
Please note this does not apply to wholesale orders.
- We use reliable for door-to-door-signed-for courier services, using FedEx/DHL (we do not ship with the postal service or to PO Box addresses).
- Delivery takes approximately 5-7 working days from order placement, this is dependent on which country we’re sending to (some services are faster or slower). Orders are delivered to the recipient’s door and a signature will be required on delivery. A physical address that is attended to during working hours has to be provided along with a reachable contact telephone number in order to ensure a seamless delivery.
- All parcels are dispatched with a tracking number which will be sent via e-mail once the parcel is on the way.
*KINDLY NOTE* International orders outside of South Africa may be liable for a customs and duty charge on entry into the relevant country (rates are destination specific). This is completely out of our control and is the recipient's liability. The recipient will be contacted directly by the courier company should any fees be payable and the order will only be delivered once the fees are paid.
Suggestion: Contacting your local customs office to query relevant rates could be considered to avoid any unexpected charges.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES FOR LOCAL & INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We would like you to always be over the moon with your purchase and to spread the word far and wide, but if, for any reason, something doesn't meet expectations, the below options are available if we are notified within 15 days after the delivery of the order.
•A complimentary exchange (if available in stock)
•A store credit minus shipping charges
•A refund minus shipping charges
The above options are conditional to the state in which the items are returned. Kindly return each item in tip-top condition as received; unworn with all packaging and labels intact. It is also important to wrap the items up securely to be shipped, avoiding the risk of any potential damages in transit. If available, please return the item using the original packaging to reduce waste. The items will be inspected on receipt and a refund could be denied if the criteria is not met.
Kindly note the first exchange is complimentary. If a second exchange is required, an additional shipping fee will become applicable before the exchange is processed. The shipping fee will depend on the size and weight of the order.
*KINDLY NOTE* Returns or exchanges are not permitted on ‘made to order’ items.
Please follow these instructions for returns and refunds;
- Email us at hello@somethinggoodstudio.com to inform us of the return/exchange along with a brief explanation of the reason (doesn't fit, doesn't suit etc).
- We will arrange a collection from your provided address.
- On receipt of your return in good order we will process the return / refund / store credit within 15 days of receipt of the parcel. Refunds are processed manually or via the initial payment provider.
